Hailing from the scenic city of Da Lat, Win Toee began his artistic journey as a professional piercing artist at Saigon Tattoo Club. Working closely alongside professional tattoo artists, he gradually found himself captivated by the rhythmic hum of classic tattoo machines — a sound that deeply resonated with him and sparked his passion for tattooing.

In 2017, he pursued formal training in fine arts, enrolling in long-term courses while also sharpening his skills through global artistic communities. By 2018, Win Toee officially became a professional tattoo artist at Saigon Tattoo Club.

He is devoted to a traditional and timeless tattooing style, focusing on handcrafted compositions that emphasize technique, symbolism, and artistic integrity. All of his tattoos are originally designed, reflecting his respect for classic tattoo art — old-school in essence, yet forever relevant.

Win Toee aims to offer each client not just a tattoo, but a meaningful memory etched in ink — a permanent keepsake of emotion and experience.
